Employment Through Education and skills enhancement in order to cut through the effects of discrimination and marginalisation which have led to the economic unproductivity and thus disempowerment of disabled people in Macedonia.

* Computer Club/Educative Centre
an educative and internet facility for the disabled community providing training in the use of computers, English language training to facilitate their use, as well as training in Desk Top Publishing and how to create web site pages. Enabling people with special needs to enhance their prospects in the job market. In the evenings Internet facilities are offered to the wider community.
* Creative Arts Workshop
in the Special Institute of Demir Kapija - for the adult residents of the Special Institute of Demir Kapija, designed to develop the creative potential of participants through various creative media such as painting (including silks), drawing, moulding, and knitting. Products from the workshop are now being sold, promoting awareness of the creative abilities of disabled people, and contributing towards the self-empowerment of the artists.
* Men at Work
an awareness campaign to encourage disabled people who are unemployed to register with the Centres for Unemployment so that full information is available as to the numbers and skills base of this part of the community. In the first six weeks of this campaign the number of registered unemployed disabled people in Skopje increased by 300%…
* An Information and Educative Centre
a unique and innovative disability rights focused resource, information and social activities centre for the disabled community, building on established, self-sustaining initiatives already successfully undertaken. Income-generating activities include a photocopy shop operated and run by disabled people.
